Section 1 *DISCLAIMER*
* This station and it's content is of mature nature.
* We strongly caution all persons under 18 years of age.
* Most explicit material will carry a warning!
* This station is a community based station. We encourage, as adults, to have fun in a respectful manner.
* (As a community station) We strongly encourage and recommend you visit the chatroom and forums to
meet our DJ's as well as other listeners.
* This station broadcasts all genre formats of Electronic Dance Music.
* If you feel at any point you have been treated unfairly by any chatroom user, moderator or

* When using the forums, we ask that you be respectful of all persons, posts and rules.
Section 3 *CHATROOM RULES*
* All active DJ's/Shows are to be present in chatoom and professional during live broadcasts.
* All DJs are required to use the DJ they sign up with in chat during there show
* As chatroom listeners please remember you are socializing with a network of people from different
lifestyles with different interests. Please be respectful.
* Therefore NO level of disrespect will be tolerated.
* No out right discrimination of race, creed, sex or origin will be tolerated.
* Excessive use of mature and/or explicit content such as: Drug Talk and Foul Words/Language and/or
Conversation will not be tolerated.
* Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
* @'s are your Station Administrators.
* %'s are your Chatroom Moderators.
- Both hold/reserve the right to conduct station quality assurance.
- This includes dealing with situations that we see or that are brought to our attention and if above rules
were applied or not.
- Both reserve the right to warn, kick or ban a user from the chatroom.
Section 4 *BROADCASTING*
A) DJ/Show Production
- Station defines DJ/Show Production based on beat matching/mixing skills, broadcasting skills and
consistency in performance.
- Mic work is not required but recommended within 60 minutes of broadcast time for DJ/Show
Identification.
-All Classes of Djs/Shows MUST have a banner during his/her live show. The method of which it is displayed will be directed by staff and explained to active Djs/Shows
- Sponsor banners are covered under sponsorship approved by administrators.
- Banner content may be questioned and/or removed by staff and administrators at any time.
B) DJ/Show Approval for Broadcasting on Project Radio
- All DJ's/Shows and sponsors must submit a DJ application or appropriate form for initial entry onto the
station.
- Based on application, DJ/Show production statement and voting members of Administrators will
determine acceptance/decline of broadcasting on the station.
- All DJ's/Shows will be put in outlined DJ Classes as instructed but administrators and
holds initial class status until administrators approve class change per request.
C) Slot Availability and Capping
- All slots are on a first come first serve basis except those reserved under sponsorships and station
sponsored events. (see rules)
- Any bookings of specific slots are the DJ/Show's responsibility in accordance to class guidelines.
- Capping is defined but not limited to the slot availability of each DJ class plus sponsorships and/or
station sponsored events.
- Capping is used to provide a fairness system for slot availability to support the quantity of broadcasted
DJ/Shows on the station.

D) Station Sponsored Events
- Defined as any event(s) and/or succession of shows with a "NAME" or "TITLE" that promotes the
station.
- An administrator and/or Head DJ can declare an unlimited amount of airtime to broadcast station
sponsored events. The content will be controlled as well.
- 24 hour prior notice will be given for any station sponsored events except in extreme circumstances.
- We ask, but reserve the right to remove all DJ/Show's and sponsorships as needed for a station
sponsored event unless otherwise directed.
E) Sponsored Slots
- Station has the right to reschedule sponsored slots for station sponsored events.
- Are approved up to 2-1 hour slots per week.
- No more then 2-1 hour slots per sponsor but can be used in succession.
- Are locked via approved sponsorship by voting members of administration.
- Reflects active supporters to the station and follows DJ Production Statement.
- Contact administrators for pricing and availability of sponsor slots.
F) The Broadcast Week Is Read as Follows:
- 7-24 hour days, starting Monday and ending Sunday, in 1-7 day period.
G) Professionalism - Always be professional!!!
- You never know who is around.
- Therefore all broadcasted material must be at a marketable level for the station and its community.
- All staff and administrators hold the right to conduct any actions to ensure professionalism.
H) Booking Slots/Slot Time Management
- All bookings follow the terms of slot availability and capping in Section C of Broadcasting.
- Upon availability of slot(s), all bookings are to be made 20 minutes prior to top of the hour to broadcast.
- No booking/playing after the top of the hour unless approved by staff and/or administrators.
- All shows must begin and end within appointed booked time slots which is 20 minutes prior to top of the
hour and no more the 5 minutes past the top of the hour.
- Continuation of shows are permitted within guidelines of DJ/Show Classes and next available slot MUST
be booked 5 minutes prior to top of the hour.
- Failure to show up for a scheduled show within the 15 minute grace period after the top of the hour of
your scheduled slot, staff/administrators reserve the right to remove you from the schedule and if need
be change programming.
- DJ/Show is responsible for any bookings under 24 hours prior notice and MUST be present in chat while
booking slots .
-No Dj is to Book an open slot after 5 min past the top of the hour or is allowed to play at ANY time during that hour. It is clear you need to book 5 mins prior to the top of the hour for any improptu shows. unless authorized by staff. Stated in this post...... viewtopic.php?f=21&t=156
I) Transition Between DJ/Shows
1) Live To Live Transitions
- All DJ/Shows must use private message via chat to discuss details of transition and count down to go.
- No DJ gets more then a 5 minute grace period to transition to the next live DJ. In the event the current
live DJ/Show exceeds the 5 minutes, the next live DJ may connect to livestream. (AKA: The Phil Mac
Rule)
- When transitioning from the current live DJ/Show to the next live DJ/Show, minimal 2 minute warning
via private message must be given to the next DJ.
- Current DJ/Show playing is responsible for curing and transitioning the next DJ in except if the current
DJ exceeds 5 minutes past the top of the hour.
2) Live To Reruns Transitions
- Current live DJ/Show must cue in and transition station reruns within 5 minutes past the top of the
hour.
- Current DJ/Show is responsible for removal of show banner and rerun is playing with sound.
3) Reruns To Live Transitions
- If any reruns are playing within 10 minutes prior to the top of the hour in an unscheduled slot, the
current live DJ/Show may connect to start show if DJ is ready.
J) Guest Appearances During Live Broadcast
- Must follow DJ Class guidelines and restrictions.
- Current live station DJ is 100% responsible for ALL Guest DJ/Show's content and broadcast quality.
PERIOD!!!!
K) All active Djs/Show MUST have an active and working e-mail account the station can reach you at.
-This is to assure you get all important e-mails containing any station business you are involved in.
-Any "bounce backs", "fraud" or "inactive" e-mail accounts will result in station account suspension until an active e-mail account is provided to the station.
L) Station Requirement for a DJ/Show to play every 5 Weeks
-All dj's must book and play at least one 60 min slot per every 5 Weeks
-Any dj not doing this will have to request their account to be unlocked by a staff member with a reasonable excuse
-Any locked account for this reason will have an e-mail generated to them
-This requirement ensures our dj pool is active and removes any dj not interested in holding a slot on the station
-Any Dj that remains inactive for 90 days will be removed from the station and must reapply
Section 5 *DJ CLASSES and GUIDELINES*
A) General DJ Guidelines
- Must know and conduct themselves in accordance to station statement.
- Any change on DJ Class must be put in as a request and will be discussed and voted on by active
administrators.
- Any disciplinary action is treated on a as case basis by administrators.
- Administrators/Staff hold the right to remove any class DJ in sponsorship or station sponsored event
slots.
- Administrators/Staff hold the right to remove any class DJ for poor broadcasting on the station.
B) DJ Classes
- All classes have the right to submit a class change for administrative review.
1) TRIAL DJ
-2- 1 hour slots per day
- Limited to (will not exceed) 1-2 hour slot per day unless approved by Administrators ONLY
- Capped @ a 2 hour time slot limit per day unless approved by Administrators ONLY
- Days are capped @ 1 set of 2 consecutive days per week.
- Can book slots up to 1 week in advance.
2) JUNIOR DJ
- 6-1 hour slots per day
- Capped @ 3 hours per day unless approved by Administrators or Staff
- Days are capped @ 2 sets of 2 consecutive days per week with limitation to NO 4 consecutive days.
- Can book slots up to 3 months in advance.
3) SENIOR DJ
- 20-1 hour slots per day
- 80 hours of airtime per month
- Capped @ 4 hour limit per day unless approved by any Administrator or Staff
- Capped @ 1-3 day consecutive slots
1-2 day consecutive slots
(CAN NOT BE COMBINED)
- Can book slots up to 6 months in advance.
4) HEAD DJ
- Unlimited slots in concession per day
- Unlimited slots per week
- Unlimited consecutive days per week
- Unlimited booking of slots up to a year in advance
- Head DJ's job consists of program direction
- Head DJ's job is to monitor quality assurance issues
- Head DJ's job is to represent the interest of other classes of DJ's in regards to broadcasting on the
station
5) Promoter
-Will help with promotions of TEK, Project Radio, and Approved Affiliates
-Promotions include 2 methods, Individual creativity and Team creativity
-Will help note and if possible with good ethics recruit talent that is a good fit into our station programming
-Must know that Approved Affiliates are done so by Head Promoter(s) and Staff
-Approved Affiliates are other Dj's/companys that work in conjunction or with an agreement with TEK and/or Project Radio (example: all our dj's not of TEK that spin on the station are Approved Affiliates)
-Will serve as a chatroom moderator
6)Head Promoter
-Will help with and Lead in all the duties that a promoter class does (see section 5 b5)
-Will help and assist in the program only duties a Head Dj class does (see section 5 b4)
-Authorized to handle "Station Sponsored" events (see section 4 D)
-Will represent the promoter class interests
